Host innovation master’s students
Companies in the Bergen region are invited to host master’s students from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (HVL) for a ten-week internship in spring 2027.
The students can contribute to practical activities within innovation, entrepreneurship and business development activities.
HVL is looking for internship opportunities for 50–60 students enrolled in three master’s programmes related to innovation, management and responsible entrepreneurship.
The full-time internship will run for ten weeks, from 8 March until the end of May 2027.
During the internship, students will work closely with the host organisation and contribute to practical innovation or entrepreneurship assignments.
How to apply
Companies interested in hosting one or more students should first contact course coordinator Judit Johnstad Bragelien at jjb@hvl.no.
The following timeline will be summitting a one-pager within Friday, 27 November 2026.
Approved host organisations must participate in a matchmaking event in February. Ahead of the event, companies will receive student CVs and video pitches.
The event will include brief company presentations, informal interviews and networking, with placements determined according to the preferences of both students and companies.
