Information Collection When you E-mail Us
When you send an email to GCE Ocean Technology, your e-mail and contact information may be registered in our CRM tool, HubSpot. The basis for this processing is our legitimate interest under Article 6 (1) (f) in maintaining a complete record of our business communications and agreements. HubSpot is a US-based service; data transfers from the EU to the US are regulated through both the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) and EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
