Norwegian Ocean Alliance to Horizon Europe
The NOAH project aims to establish a collaborative ecosystem between academia, the institute sector and industry clusters in Norway, and set up an arena for elaborating common views and statements to promote «blue» topics and the blue economy in the Horizon Europe work programmes.
