New Board Elected for GCE Ocean Technology
We elected a new Board of Directors at our annual meeting this week.
After many years as a dedicated board member, Cecilie Sælen (CCB Subsea) now steps into the role as Chair of the Board.
She brings deep knowledge of the cluster and a strong commitment to strengthening collaboration and innovation.
Outgoing Chair Remi Andre Breivik (TechnipFMC) will continue as Deputy Chair, ensuring continuity in leadership and strategic direction.
We extend our sincere thanks for his strong leadership and valuable contributions.

Continuity and renewal
The new board includes both re-elected members and new representatives.
Fredrik Wadel-Andersen (OneSubsea) joins the board, while Marit Warncke (Bergen kommune), Rolf Otto Røssland (NUI), and Kristin Sand Bakken (Corvus Energy) were re-elected.
Continuing board members are Aina Margrethe Berg (NORCE) and Jon Erik Lønøy Lygren (Equinor).
Deputy board members are Hans Petter Amundsen Klohs (Adepth Minerals AS), Marianne Lefdal (CGG Services Norway/Viridien), and Remi Andre Breivik (TechnipFMC).
We also thank John Olav Fløisand (OneSubsea) and Hege Hammersland (Scantrol Deep Vision AS), who step down from the Board, for their valuable contributions.
Nomination Committee
Tove Ormevik (Aker BP) has been re-elected as Chair of the Nomination Committee, and Mark Allan Bokenfohr (Uncommontech) continues as a member.
We thank Tom Georg Indrevik (Øygarden municipality) for his contribution as he steps down from the committee.
We also extend our appreciation to the Nomination Committee for their solid and thorough work in preparing this year’s recommendations.
