Invitation to Energi2050 Strategy Meetings
Energi2050 is developing a new RDI-strategy for the entire energy sector in Norway. Several open meetings are planned in March-April, and you are invited to provide input.
Energi2050 is developing Norway’s national research and innovation strategy covering zero emission energy, petroleum, CO₂ management and seabed minerals.
The strategy aims to promote increased value creation and secure, efficient and sustainable resource utilisation, while safeguarding energy security, climate, nature and the environment.
You are invited to provide your input
Energi2050 have invited to a series of meetings in March and April where you will be to provide your input to the national strategy.
See list of all topics and sign up.
The input will be used to shape future calls for research and innovation projects.
– This is a great opportunity for the industry to provide input and insight into key topics they find of most important to strengthen in future calls, says Jon Hellevang, R&D Manager in GCE Ocean Technology.
Different research groups are normally good at providing input, but we need more industry voices to ensure that the most important topics for the industry are addressed.
The Energi2050 strategy will be published towards the end of 2026. Energi2050 will replace OG21 and Energy21, as well as cover new topics within the energy sector.
