Turn Ideas into Cluster Projects with Technical Committee

Through our alliance - Blått Kvantesprang - with the Stavanger-based cluster Energy Transition Norway (ETN), our partners and members gain access to ETN’s Technical Committee.
The committee brings together leading energy companies to evaluate new technologies that support the energy transition and reduce carbon emissions.
Meeting quarterly, it reviews proposals from ETN and GCE Ocean Technology's members and can choose to support projects that align with strategic goals.
If at least one company commits, the proposal becomes a cluster project—where ETN and GCE Ocean Technology provides active support and helps secure financing.
This connects innovators directly with end-users, accelerating the journey from idea to implementation.
Members of ETN’s Technical Committee include:
- Oddvar Skjæveland, NORCE (Leader Technical Committee)
- Kjell Nes, ConocoPhillips
- Torill Dyngeland, Aker BP
- Øyvind Aasarød, Repsol Norge AS
- Martin Straume, Aker BP
