New Board

At the annual meeting on 29 April, GCE Ocean Technology elected a new board, combining continuity and fresh expertise.

Remi Andre Breivik, from TechnipFMC, was re-elected as Chairman of the Board while Jon Erik Lønøy Lygren from Equinor was elected as a new board member, replacing Tor Willgohs Knudsen, also from Equinor.

The New Board of Directors

The board for the 2025–2026/27 term includes:

  • Rolf Otto Røssland (NUI), Board Member
  • Cecilie Sælen (CCB Subsea), Board Member and Deputy Chairman

Deputy Members

  • Marianne Lefdal (Viridien)
  • Kristin Sand Bakken (Corvus Energy)

The Nomination Committee for the 2025–2026 period consists of:

  • Tove Ormevik (SLB Capturi)
  • Mark Bokenfohr (Aanderaa by Xylem)
  • Tom Georg Indrevik (Øygarden Municipality)
