Dynamon is scaling up – and heading to MIT in Boston

Bergen-based entrepreneur Hilde Ulvik Hordnes has developed a shift scheduling tool that saves healthcare managers time. Now, she and her team at Dynamon are ready for the next step – together with us.
Hordnes has won the regional Entrepreneur Award, was named Female Entrepreneur of the Year in Western Norway, and recently took the stage at the Vestland Conference.
This autumn, she’s bringing Dynamon into our scaling programme – with one week at the Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurshop in Boston as the highlight.
– We’re excited to join the programme. It’s a unique opportunity to further develop and grow our business in new markets, says Hordnes.
Programme for companies from Southern and Western Norway
The programme runs from October to February and is open to companies across Southern and Western Norway.
– It’s cross-sector and, what we’re looking for are companies with a concrete scaling project – and the drive to take it further, says Owe Hagesæther, CEO in GCE Ocean Technology.
Participants get tools, structure, and close support. Seasoned entrepreneurs and experts will ask the tough questions. You’ll sharpen your strategy, pick up speed – and connect with others on the same path.
One of the sessions takes place at the world-renowned MIT in Boston. The rest happen here in Bergen and Oslo.
We already have a strong group of companies from different sectors – and there’s still room for three more.
If you have a project or business ready to scale and explore new markets, don’t hesitate to reach out to Owe Hagesæther or Kjersti Boge Christensen.
Backed by strong partners
The programme is led by GCE Ocean Technology in collaboration with ScalingLab, and supported by Sparebanken Norge’s Agenda Vestlandet who recently supported this programme and a new pre-scaleup programme with NOK 11,9 mill..
