How Stine and Daniel contributed to our growth and innovation in 12 weeks.
For the past 12 weeks, we have been fortunate to host Stine Brorstad and Daniel Alsvik - two talented students from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (HVL).
Evaulating our Growth Programme
Stine and Daniel were given the task of creating tools to evaluate our growth programme, ensuring we have a clear measure of our success.
Through their efforts, we now have the ability to accurately measure participant satisfaction and determine if key performance indicators (KPIs) are being met.
Their work has provided us with critical insights into the effectiveness of our initiatives.
Expanding our Course Portfolio
In addition to this, they have worked with expanding our course portfolio.
By conducting comprehensive surveys and gathering valuable market insights, they've helped us understand what courses we should offer to the ocean industries. Their diligent work in mapping out the needs of our partners and members has given us clear direction for future offerings.
Moreover, Stine and Daniel led us through a Design Sprint process, guiding us step-by-step and encouraging innovative thinking.
Now, with their groundwork laid out, it is up to us to further analyze and implement their invaluable contributions and their time with us has been a period of learning, growth, and development, not just for them but for all of us.
