It's the annual event where hundreds of senior international participants gather in San Diego to highlight collaboration and innovation. This year BTW2021 will once again be held virtually, utilizing technology to bring worldwide experts together.
Floating Offshore Wind Turbines (FOWT) 2021
The world's largest event dedicated to floating offshore wind. The objective of FOWT is to further the advancement of floating wind and to accelerate its implementation into the global renewable energy mix.This event is meant to promote constructive discussions between all actors and stakeholders of this emerging industry. Hence the affordable registration fee and the "no pay to speak policy" implemented by the organization committee.

COTech and OGTech 2021
This conference is organized as joint event of the 3rd COTech (Computational Methods & Ocean Technology) and 2nd OGTech (Oil and Gas Technologies in Cold Climate). This year's COTech conference is conducted as part of the dissemination activities of the Institute Strategic Program (ISP) entitled "Computational Methods and Ocean Technology" established under the research activities of the Department of Mechanical and Structural Engineering and Materials Science. This three-year program (2021 - 2023) intends to bring researchers of the department under four selected research areas. The OGTech conference is organized as part of a collaborative project called UTFORSK between a team of researchers from University of Stavanger and Gubkin Russian University of Oil and Gas. The overall aim of the project is to make the team stronger and more sustainable.
