Once again, the Vestland CCUS conference brings together the CCUS community to share the latest developments with the field and to explore what it takes to move forward.

You will meet representatives from industry, research and the public sector at this conference which is free of charge and takes place in Bergen 17th of November.

A strong programme

This year, the programme is placing particular emphasis on how CCUS can contribute to low-emission industrial development and innovation, including its role in industrial decarbonization, process industries, and emerging industrial value chains.

You'll hear updates from ongoing CCUS initiatives, research highlights and industrial perspectives, discussions on policy, regulation and low-emission value chains, and opportunities for networking, collaboration, and project development.

The CCUS value chain will be covered from several perspectives, including the international CCS outlook, Norwegian CCS policy, CO₂ transport and storage, smaller CO₂ volumes, carbon credits and legal aspects of CCS.

Speakers include representatives from the Ministry of Energy, IEAGHG, Equinor, Hydro, DNV, Gassco, CCB Energy, BIR, Reach Subsea, the University of Bergen, NORCE and many more.
