Our partner CCB AS has been awarded a framework agreement with the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (FMA) for technical maintenance of naval vessels. Congratulations from all of us at GCE Ocean Technology!

On 14 October 2026, the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency announced three new parallel framework agreements for ship maintenance and modification work on the Norwegian Armed Forces’ vessels.

Among them, to our partner CCB AS.

A milestone for CBB

In its LinkedIn announcement, CCB calls the agreement an important milestone and a significant step towards its ambition of becoming the preferred maintenance yard for the Norwegian Navy.

“The agreement also confirms the expertise, capacity and readiness role that has been built up in the CCB system over many years, and strengthens our position as an important partner for the defence sector and our allies,” CCB writes (our translation).

Congratulations, CCB. Well deserved!
