Join Team Norway at WindEnergy Hamburg 2024

Team Norway invites you to join us in Hamburg. We will be showcasing Norway’s expertise, facilitating networking opportunities with major offshore wind players, and cementing our strong position in the offshore wind industry.

Team Norway will organise a great Norway Pavilion, networking functions, and meeting activities with major offshore wind players.

The Norway Pavilion

We have booked a 292 sqm stand space in the most central location in hall B2 ground floor for the Norway Pavilion.

Exhibitors under the Norway Pavilion are entitled to:

• Exhibition space at the pavilion
• Stand construction/dismantling and project management
• Access to a small lounge/meeting area at the pavilion
• Exhibitor passes based on the size of your stand
• Participate in Team Norway`s meeting activities and networking functions
• High visibility through joint Norwegian profiling
• Listing of your company on the WindEurope Annual Event website, app, and brochure
• Listing in Team Norway`s marketing channels such as Business Norway

Participation fee*

• Small stand space (1 wall, approx. 1,5 x 2,5x): Approx. EUR 5 500 - 7 000 excl. VAT
• Large stand space: (2 walls or 1 large wall): Approx. EUR 11 000 -14 000 excl. VAT
• Company logo in the lounge/meeting area: EUR 1000 - 1800 excl. VAT

*The participation fee will cover direct costs related to the Norway Pavilion. As this is an Innovation Norway-funded event, it is not possible to apply for additional funding through the Trade fair funding scheme.

For a delegation fee of 3,500 NOK, you will have access to all of these workshops and networking events:

• Delegation Dinner at ‘Parlament Hamburg’
• Opening session by Norwegian Minister Aasland / State Secretary Bergmål
• Equinor meets Norwegian delegation
• Panel discussions:
  • Developers meet Norwegian supply chain
  • Case studies: how can Norwegian supply chain help to cut cost within offshore wind
• Norwegian companies presenting floating foundation designs and system concepts to developers - pitching sessions
• Seminar on Hydrogen and Offshore Synergies
• Seminar on Reduction of LCoE: We will invite international developers and provide insight on how the Norwegian industry works to reduce costs in design, planning and during installation of offshore wind. You will meet Equinor and other key industry players.
• 2 networking events at the Norway Pavilion
• Facilitated B2B and one to many -meetings and several opportunities network and to meet major international developers
• Sponsored lunch and networking

Additionally, the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Berlin will host an invitation-only reception.
