Sign up for UTC Selected Topics where the programme will be held as a digital conference and feature many of the interesting presentations originally planned earlier this year.
Over 150 abstracts were submitted to the Underwater Technology Conference (UTC) 2020. We have selected 20 of them within the following selected topics:
- Field of the future
- Boosting
- All-electric
- SURF / Operations
- Digitalisation
- Low carbon / Technology transfer
We will have presentations from Equinor, Aker BP, Total, BP, OneSubsea, Subsea 7, Baker Hughes, Aker Solutions, DNV GL and many more.
The event will have three parallel sessions making it a compact event as possible for most of the subsea world to follow online.
It will also be possible to get a Plus ticket to see the presentations you missed later. We will have a live Q&A feature for you to submit questions during the event. You will not need an app or install software to attend.
Focus on Technology and Knowledge Sharing
The Underwater Technology Conference – UTC, has since 1980 been recognized for its high-quality technology presentations. This year was no different, but unfortunately did we as many others, have to cancel the physical event earlier this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
With help from many presenters willing to share their knowledge in a new format, UTF and GCE Ocean Technology are happy to present UTC Selected Topics as a digital conference.
We will not compromise on health and safety, and our promise to deliver the most exciting new updates and developments within technology around the world.

UTC has been arranged in Bergen Norway since 1980 and is hosted by UTF (Underwater Technology foundation) and GCE Ocean Technology.
