The summer school is an Entrepreneurship Programme to strengthen your entrepreneurial expertice and potential.

As part of an entrepreneurial consortium among six top universities in Norway the University of Stavanger will host the third, annual Entrepreneurship Summer School this year.

This is a unique opportunity to meet an award-winning educator Bill Aulet, author and managing director who is changing the ways entrepreneurship is understood, taught, and practiced around the world.

Programme

The summer school is an entrepreneurship accelerator programme to strengthen entrepreneurs and small companies’ expertise and scale-up potential and will be taught by Bill Aulet from Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship.

The programme is also about creating an ecosystem for entrepreneurship and exploring opportunities in a nordic context. The programme has been developed in close collaboration with regional partners.

Target groups

You are:

  • Representing a Company that wants to grow
  • Working on innovation, entrepreneurship and/or intrapreneurship
  • Eager to learn on how to develop av successful business
  • Developing your entreprenueriel skills and dreaming of becoming a sucessfull Entrepreneur
  • Working with entrepreneurship in a university, industrial clusters or public institution responsible for entrepreneurship

Participation and Costs

The programme is open for entrepreneurs, aspiring entrepreneurs and others involved with innovation and entrepreneurship and the price is 10.000,- NOK.

The MIT Regional Entrepreneurship Acceleration Program (MIT REAP) provides opportunities for communities around the world to engage with MIT in an evidence-based, practical approach to strengthening innovation-driven entrepreneurial (IDE) ecosystems.

The summer school is a part of this programme where GCE Ocean Technology has participated.
